Questions people ask
Where do I get my tracking number?
The sender gives it to you, usually by WhatsApp, SMS or email. It starts with TRK- and is followed by 10 letters and numbers.
I typed my number and nothing was found. Why?
Check for typing mistakes first. Letters and numbers like O and 0 are easy to mix up. If it still fails, ask the sender to confirm the number.
What does "On hold" mean?
Delivery is paused for now. Contact the sender to find out why and when it will continue.
